Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase a made-to-order item. Each piece is crafted by hand after your order is placed, so small variations from photos are normal and part of the handmade nature of the product.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and payment is collected via UPI at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
Production & Delivery
Estimated production and delivery timelines are shown on our Shipping & Returns page. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary during busy periods.
Cancellations
Since production begins soon after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of ordering — contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
