Yes — every bag, plush, and homeware piece is single-stitched by hand, made to order rather than kept in stock.
How long will my order take?+
Please allow 5–10 business days to craft your piece, plus 3–7 business days for delivery once it ships.
Can I request a custom colour or size?+
Yes — reach out on the Contact Us page with what you have in mind and we'll let you know if it's possible.
How do I pay?+
We currently accept payment via UPI at checkout.
How can I check my order status?+
Use your order number and the email you checked out with on the Track Order page.
Do you accept returns?+
Since pieces are made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, but we'll always make it right if your item arrives damaged or faulty. See Shipping & Returns for details.
