Every piece is made to order, so please allow 5–10 business days to craft your item before it ships.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days depending on your location.

You'll get updates by email as your order moves from processing to shipped — use your order number to check status any time on the Track Order page.

Because each piece is handmade to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom colour/size requests are final sale.
